Detailed Product Description

HDPE spiral winding pipe production line have two complete sets of equipment of single screw extruders with techniques of hot-extruded steel core Die spiral winding process. It could produce and possess the pipes in three kinds of cross-section(.solid-wall pipe , hollow pipe and strengthening pipe )according to different purposes and needs of the customers  The product adopt the socket electric-fusion -welded joint (rubber ring). The designed production capacity is 5,000 tons / year, the pipe diameter is DN300 ~ 4000, the standard length is 6 M; the product complies with European standards Pren13476 and also has been certified by CE.

This production line specially applies to the production of the structure-wall pipes with the high density polyethylene (HDPE) as the raw materials. Product is replacing cement pipe, cast iron pipe and ceramic pipe in city drainage, sewage treatment, industrial wastewater discharge, chemical containers manufacture and low-pressure long-distance water supply projects etc.

This product has a good prospect in application and enjoys a potential market.
